Our room was comfortable and the staff friendly and knowledgable about the area. There are several birding sites on the property and it‘s just a 15 minute drive to the park entrance."

"A family operate hotel i guess. So, the operation is not very professional but acceptable. Feel like visiting friend’s house. The room is very nice with thai style decoration. However, there are insects in the bathtub tho but it is understandable when living in the place that has lot of trees. The breakfast is ok with full of variety of fruits. The garden is great. If you find some place to escape from the big city, this place is the answer."

Every nook and cranny has another interesting water feature, pool, river side, sculpture etc etc. staff are great and very helpful. Breakfast really good and substantial. "Cheap but not that great. Bed hard and up on a platform you had to crawl up to. Bathroom wet and not very nice. Did not eat as the hotel orders food to be delivered from another resort. Service was so bad that if we had wanted to eat we couldn’t have as everyone disappeared. Tiny pool. Staff swimming in it fully clothed. Over priced for what you get. Photo do not show true conditions esp out side. "

"Rock hard beds. Rooms FULL of all kinds of bugs. Old. Unclean. 3 days, no housekeeping, not even a towel change. Terrible service from most staff. No help for guests.
